Done right the first time.
Solivance Electric is a licensed Texas electrical contractor working commercial, light-industrial, and premium residential sites. The shop sits at 13035 S Post Oak Rd Suite I, 77045 — Southwest Houston, the Heights, Bellaire, and the Memorial Villages are the daily run. In-house crew — not subcontracted three layers deep. One foreman from the site walk to the final inspection.
We pull the Harris County or City of Houston permits, coordinate the CenterPoint cut-over, and show up when the inspector does. Every splice is to the 2023 NEC when it is made — not after the blue tag goes up. The panel cover goes back on straight. The grounding bonds are visible and labeled. The mechanical room is swept. No callbacks.
Real reviews from
Google and Thumbtack.
“Solivance Electric was very professional and had great communication while I inquired about having a ceiling fan installed in my bedroom. I gave them the option to come on the weekend but they were available for same-day service. The install was prompt and their price was reasonable. I will definitely recommend Solivance Electric to friends and family.”
“On day two, the panel upgrade was completely finished exactly when Solivance Electric said it would be. They answered every question and addressed my concerns directly. The quality of the work and the customer service was excellent.”
“I recently hired Solivance Electric to replace the can lights in my home with LED. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the LED can lights they provided. The lighting in my home has been significantly improved — both in brightness and energy efficiency. I have noticed a decrease in my electricity bills since the installation. I RECOMMEND THEM 100%.”
“I submitted an inquiry to get pricing on a Level 2 EV charger install in my garage. I got a message from Solivance Electric about 5 minutes later asking if they could come by within the hour for an estimate, and could do the install as soon as the next day. Quick, efficient, and professional for the estimate. They ran the dedicated 240V circuit clean and walked me through the charger setup. 10/10. Will absolutely use Solivance Electric again for any electrical work.”
“I was in contact with at least 7 other electricians to do a few repairs around my home. Two never showed up and kept rescheduling. Others gave a high estimate without ever coming to look at the work. Solivance Electric walked the house, handed back a fair fixed-fee number, and had the job done the next visit.”
“The whole experience with Solivance Electric was awesome. They got everything I asked for and more. During the job I was adding things to the scope and Solivance Electric was more than willing to accommodate. The price was fair and the work was clean.”
